DAAD Regional Office Jakarta now also offers appointments for consultations at our office and online consultation through the Microsoft Teams platform for friends who want to ask questions about Study and Research in Germany and various DAAD programs. Please see what type of appointment is suitable for your field of study and scholarship program.

Here are the steps to join the Online Consultation with DAAD program officers.

Step 1: Please make an appointment with the program officer of DAAD Regional Office Jakarta.

Step 2: Please check your E-MailYou will get a confirmation email from our Program Officer, please check your SPAM / Junk Inbox if you have not received a confirmation email until the consultation schedule you have chosen.
The confirmation email will be sent on working DAYS and HOURS. 

Step 3: At the scheduled time, click on the link to Microsoft Teams in the confirmation email.
If you already have a Microsoft Teams account and application, you can enter your existing Meeting ID and Password.

Step 4 : Select “Continue in this Browser”

Step 5: Enter your name as you made the consultation appointment, then click JOIN NOW.
Please wait a moment, the Program Officer will enter you into the virtual room.

 

If you have any problems entering the virtual room, please reply directly to the confirmation email sent by the relevant Program Officer.
